This notice describes how Draeger handles business contact data submitted through this website. It is intended for procurement, clinical engineering, laboratory, and regulatory contacts — not for patient medical records.
When you submit an inquiry we may collect name, work email, phone, organization, country or region, inquiry type, and free-text requirements. Server logs may include IP address and browser metadata for security.
We use this information to respond to product, service, performance-data, and documentation requests; to route GPO or IDN contracting questions; and to maintain required complaint and vigilance intake channels.
Do not submit protected health information (PHI) or special-category patient data through public website forms. For GDPR-related requests from EU residents, contact the privacy desk via the contact form and mark the inquiry type accordingly. Business Associate Agreements or Data Processing Agreements are negotiated under separate contracts.
Inquiry records are retained as needed for customer service, quality system traceability, and legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized according to internal retention schedules.
We may share inquiry data with authorized distributors, field service partners, or processors who support response under confidentiality controls. We do not sell personal data.
