Analytical performance fields

What a usable performance dossier must still include

For IVD and laboratory systems: CLIA complexity tier, throughput (tests/hour), median and 99th-percentile TAT, CLSI EP05 precision, Deming / Bland-Altman bias vs predicate, reagent open-vial stability, calibration interval, and LIS (HL7 v2 / FHIR Lab IG) capability statement. For infection-control consumables: SAL claim, ISO 11607 packaging validation, sterilization modality, and lot/UDI fields. For home-care equipment: HCPCS crosswalk notes, caregiver teach-back checklist, and durability cycle counts. A number without those fields is not bid-ready.
